PAMELA REDD

The ReddRaven Group, Inc., P.O. Box 20042, Atlanta, GA 30325-0042

Pamela Redd is a 1989 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Upon graduation she immediately put her degree to use as an engineer with two of the leading aerospace insulation manufacturers in the country. As a manufacturing engineer, Pamela developed many important skills that have assisted her as a lead trainer and principal with The ReddRaven Group. Working with difficult or abstract concepts and teaching employees how to incorporate those concepts into their work environment is just one of those transferable skills.

After four years working in industrial engineering, Pamela successfully pursued a career in sales with the Mary Kay Corporation. She coached, trained, and motivated a team of consultants in operating their Mary Kay businesses while developing and implementing selling strategies and techniques on a daily basis.

In 1995, Pamela combined the technical skills she learned through engineering with the people skills she learned in sales to pursue a career in corporate training. In addition to her personal experience in the classroom, as a lead trainer with various clients, Pamela has been responsible for editing and creating documentation, verifying that a consistent message is being delivered throughout several classrooms, conducting Train-the-Trainers and certifying trainers on behalf of the client. In addition to instructor-led classroom training, Pamela has also demonstrated her training expertise as an on-camera personality for CBT's (Computer Based Training) At Your Fingertips for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

As a principal with The ReddRaven Group, Pamela will ensure that the company's core values are being realized for every client. It is her philosophy that a training event is a success when participants take the information learned and implement it in their work environment. The best way to guarantee the continuity from classroom to boardroom is to make the learning environment comfortable, supportive and enjoyable.
